Access to the kennel
In order to preserve a quiet and safe environment, we accept clients by appointment only.
We are open every day, except for exceptions, from 8:00 am to 11:00 am and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
In the case that you need to drop off and/or pick up your pet outside of our business hours, we offer a 24/7 VIP service to meet your needs. See the Services & Rates section for more details.
BEHAVIORAL ASSESSMENT AND INTEGRATION
Your dog must have successfully completed the behavioral assessment process in order to qualify for the regular fee and to socialize with other dogs during his stay. If not, additional fees may apply for the stay and we reserve the right to refuse your pet or interrupt the stay.
Evaluation is by appointment only, at the daycare rate.
You must be willing to meet with a member of our team to answer some questions and leave your dog with us for the day. This evaluation will allow us to assess your dog's ability to adapt to the daycare or boarding environment. Please note that we reserve the right to require a re-evaluation for a dog that has not been in our facility for several months.
Assessment process for daycare and boarding :
Meeting between a member of our team, the owner and his dog. Question time and contract to be signed
Ability of the animal to return to calmness after the departure of its owner
Period of supervised exploration in the large park without dogs. Period of familiarization with the members of our team
Socialization time with a dog
Period of socialization with other dogs
Period of calming down in the pen and evaluation of the animal's ability to stay in a restricted space (enclosure or cage, depending on the preference)
Compilation of information for the owner when retrieving the dog.
